On Friday night, a customer was caught on video harassing employees of the Autozone in Canyon Country.
A customer came into the Autozone Friday evening looking to exchange a part for a cash refund, according to a store employee.
As the store could not provide a cash refund, it refunded the original payment method, a Visa gift card.
Upon being rejected, the customer grew angry, prompting the employee to call his manager for help with the refund. When the manager was also unable to provide a cash refund, the customer began to call both Autozone employees racial slurs.
“He’s been doing this a lot, and apparently, he does this to a lot of other places,” said a Canyon Country Autozone employee in an interview with KHTS.
The manager of the Autozone reported the incident to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station, added officials.
No arrests have been made as of Saturday evening.

Arrest for what? Did they Trespass him? If not they should then they can move forward on going after him , right ?
You can’t be arrested for yelling at someone. He was asked fo leave by the police and he left, end of story. Not defending him, but this soft world these days is to much.
The customer yelling racial slurs is black(African-American) and the employees at Autozone are white(Anglo-American).
It’s sad because they probably wanted to and could’ve beat him down. They had every right to do that, but of course they would’ve been the ones in trouble. Good for them calling the cops and saving the dude.
