Mercedes-Benz of Valencia announced that it donated $3,900 to The Child & Family Center in July, the latest contribution in the dealership’s ongoing effort to give back to the Santa Clarita community.

As a way to give back to their friends and neighbors, the team at Mercedes-Benz of Valencia donates $100 to a local organization for every new car sold. Nonprofit partners include the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita, The Santa Clarita Senior Center, Carousel Ranch and other organizations working to strengthen and support the Santa Clarita community.

“Every vehicle we sell is a chance to do a little more good in the community we call home,” said Shawn Khan, general manager of Mercedes-Benz of Valencia. “The Child & Family Center does incredible work for local families and we’re proud that our customers are, in a very real way, helping make that possible every time they drive off our lot.”

“Support like this from Mercedes-Benz of Valencia allows us to continue providing critical services to children and families right here in Santa Clarita,” Cheryl Jones, vice president of marketing & community outreach at The Child & Family Center said. “We’re grateful for their generosity and are thankful to each SCV resident who purchased a Mercedes-Benz.”
