Offbeat Adventures For Santa Clarita Residents: Hollywood Wax Museum

For Santa Clarita residents looking for a unique day trip or a brush with fame, the Hollywood Wax Museum offers a fun and interactive experience just a short drive away.

As part of the 125th edition of KHTS’s Destination Series, we’re highlighting the Hollywood Wax Museum, an iconic Southern California attraction located on Hollywood Boulevard, directly across the street from Ripley’s Believe It or Not!

The museum features lifelike wax figures of celebrities from film, television, and music. Visitors can pose for photos, interact with exhibits using themed props, and walk through immersive rooms that recreate iconic scenes such as a Pirates of the Caribbean ship or a horror chamber featuring characters like Dracula and Frankenstein’s Monster.

The museum also hosts themed events and includes a gift shop for souvenirs. But the wax museum is just one part of the broader Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center. Guests can also experience three additional attractions:

Chaos 5D Adventure
This motion-based 5D ride combines 3D visuals, motion seats, and interactive gameplay. Guests wear 3D glasses and take part in a virtual shooting adventure that’s designed for ages 4 and up. The attraction features two different show options, with a $5 replay pass available for those who want to try both.

Outbreak: Dread the Undead
A horror-themed walk-through attraction, Outbreak places guests in a fictional medi-spa where a youth serum experiment has turned patients and staff into zombies. Visitors must navigate a series of dark corridors and special effects, including sounds, lights, and scents, as they try to escape the infected facility. The experience blends thrill and storytelling for those seeking a scare.

Hannah’s Maze of Mirrors
This family-friendly attraction invites guests to rescue a trapped starlet from a magical mirrored vortex. The journey begins in a fortune teller’s reading room and winds through optical illusions, secret rooms, and infinite reflections. The experience is suitable for all ages and emphasizes fun and exploration.

Visitors can purchase an All-Access Pass that includes admission to all four attractions—the Hollywood Wax Museum, Chaos 5D Adventure, Outbreak: Dread the Undead, and Hannah’s Maze of Mirrors.

  • Adult passes range from $34.99 to $39.99
  • Children (ages 4–11) can enter for $19.99

The Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center offers a fun, offbeat alternative for Santa Clarita families and individuals looking to explore something different in the heart of Hollywood.
