Santa Clarita Children Eligible For $250 From The Dell Family

In celebration of America’s 250th birthday, Michael and Susan Dell are contributing $250 for millions of children nationwide, including Santa Clarita, through the Trump Account program.

Through Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill Act, signed into law in July 2025, it established Invest America accounts, or more commonly known as Trump Accounts.

The Trump Accounts are long-term investment accounts for children under 18 designed to grow over time through public contributions that can be used by the time the child turns 18. To set up the account, the child must be a U.S. citizen and have a valid Social Security number.

The government is also depositing an initial seed contribution of $1,000 for children who are born between January 1, 2025 and December 21, 2028.

On July 4, CEO of Dell Technologies Michael Dell announced on X that he and his wife Susan Dell are contributing $250 nationwide to each account through the Trump Account program.

Children in the Santa Clarita Valley may qualify for the Dell Family contribution based on their date of birth and ZIP code.

Clarita CPA group established a free tool exclusively for Santa Clarita parents to check if their children are eligible for the $250 from the Dell Family as well as the $1,000 from the government. At the time, it is exclusively for Santa Clarita ZIP codes at this time but will potentially expand to other ZIP codes in future.

The Dell family has only allotted their $250 contribution to the first 25 million eligible children nationwide who sign up, so check the Clarita CPA group website HERE to check eligibility.
