True Value, who is considered to be the main distributor of Newhall Hardware, has recently filed for bankruptcy. 

On Monday, True Value Company, the main distributor of Newhall Hardware, entered Chapter 11 Bankruptcy with plans to sell their assets to the Do it Best Company. 

“While this marks a significant change for our longtime distributor, we want to assure you that Newhall Hardware remains locally owned and operated and we are as committed as ever to serving our community just as we have for 9 nine years,” said The Orlandini Family, owners of the Newhall Hardware store. 

Newhall Hardware is a locally owned hardware store and a member of True Value with the expert advice, tools, equipment and the products you need to get the job done.  

Newhall Hardware is located on 23735 Lyons Avenue and is open seven days a week, according to officials. 

Newhall Hardware is set to continue offering the same quality products, expert services, and helpful advice, added officials.
