At least 1 pound of narcotics was seized from a hotel in Stevenson Ranch, leading to multiple arrests.

On July 10, deputies from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station arrested a wanted 45-year-old parolee at a hotel on the 25300 block of The Old Road in Stevenson Ranch, officials with the SCV Sheriff’s Station said.

The man was wanted for assault on a peace officer and fleeing a traffic stop in Castaic on June 27th, where two loaded firearms were recovered, Sheriff’s officials said.

“A search warrant at the location led to the seizure of 1 pound of narcotics including fentanyl, methamphetamine and PCP,” Sheriff’s officials said. “There was also evidence of drug sales.”

A 58-year-old man was also arrested for possession for sale and maintaining a drug house.

A 26-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man were cited and released for possession of a controlled substance.

“Thanks to the teamwork of our deputies and detectives, a dangerous individual is off the streets, and a local drug operation has been shut down,” Sheriff’s officials said.
