A Valencia man was sentenced for possession of child pornography on Wednesday, three months after he was sentenced for the same sex crime, a spokesperson from the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office said.

Shahram Hosseinian, 32, received two years in state prison after having a previous conviction, said Greg Risling, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.

Hosseinian was charged with possessing child or youth pornography for the second time on Dec. 15, 2015, just two weeks after he was previously sentenced on Nov. 30, 2015 for a separate incident.

His previous sentencing ordered him to serve two days in county jail, probation for five years and complete 30 days of community service.

Hosseinian, along with Elias Rojas-Dias, 45, of Sylmar, were arrested on July 31, 2015 on suspicion of sending or possessing obscene material, according to arrest records.

Rojas-Dias plead no contest on Sept. 1, 2015 to two counts of possession of matter depicting minor engaging in sexual conduct, or child pornography, said Ricardo Santiago, spokesman with the L.A. County District Attorney.
