Santa Clarita Valley deputies are asking for the public’s help in finding two men suspected of stealing about $1,200 in merchandise from Target, officials said Monday.

Detectives are trying to identify two suspects based on security camera footage from the store on Golden Valley Road.

One of the men took three XBox 500 GB game systems valued at $400 each and placed them in a shopping cart.

The men then walked past several open registers and made no attempt to pay for the game systems, and exited the store.

Security footage captured the suspects getting into a two-door black Hyundai Tiburon, according to footage released by officials.

The case is being investigated by Detective O’Brien of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

If anyone recognizes the suspects, deputies are asking the person to call 661-255-1121, extension 2317.
