One Arrested, Two Cited After Alleged Burglary Of Former Employer’s Residence

Deputies arrested a Stevenson Ranch man Wednesday for burglary after he allegedly broke into his former employer’s residence earlier this week, officials said.

On Monday, deputies responded to the 25300 block of Via Pacifica in Valencia for a disturbance call, said Shirley Miller, a spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

“The victim stated people were burglarizing his residence,” Miller said.

Two of the suspects were allegedly former employees of the burglary victim, according to Sheriff’s officials.

Through the work of detectives, Jordan Cesar, 42, of Stevenson Ranch, was arrested on felony burglary charges. Two others were cited for trespassing and were later released from custody, Miller said.

Cesar was transported to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station jail with bail set at $50,000, according to arrest records.

About Louie Diaz

Louie was born and raised in Santa Clarita. At the age of two Louie lost his vision due to a brain tumor. However, Louie doesn't let blindness stop him from doing what ever it is he wants to accomplish. Growing up some of his favorite hobbies were wood working, fishing and riding bikes. Louie graduated from College of the Canyon in December of 2017, with a Broadcast Journalism degree. Growing up Louie has always wanted to be a fire fighter or a police officer, but because of his blindness Louie knew that wouldn't work. Louie has always loved listening to police and fire radio traffic, using a scanner, and he figured if he was going to listen to the scanner so much, he should do something with it.
