Around 7:40 p.m. deputies received reports of a grand theft at the T-Mobile store on the 25800 block of The Old Road in Stevenson Ranch, according to officials on scene.

Initial reports were that three men in their early 20’s stole approximately $4,000 in Apple product from the T-Mobile store, according to officials.

Once deputies arrived on scene they put out a crime broadcast describing the suspects and their vehicle, according to Shirley Miller, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

Within 15 minutes deputies located a vehicle matching the description of the suspects’ vehicle in front of the T-Mobile store on Golden Valley Road in Canyon Country where the three were detained, according to Miller.

“A patrol unit doing a check at location of the T-Mobile in Canyon Country (off of) Golden Valley found suspect’s matching the description,” Miller said.

While initial reports indicate that the three men may have used firearms, it was later determined that they did not possess such weapons, according to Miller.

Three individuals total — one adult male and two juvenile males — were taken into custody, according to Miller.

  1. What did the thieves look like?!?! Names, ages, etc.!?!

  2. I’ll save you the time – nothing like you – now go away.

  3. $4000 = 3 iphone 11s and an iPad…the small one. Not exactly a major haul.

  4. JesusC.: How in the world do you know what I/we look like?!?! We look normal! We don’t have 2 toned hair with weird hair cuts! We’re involved with LADIES & we/our kids aren’t THIEVES!! Stop excusing/covering up cretin behavior/lifestyles!! Why in the world would you say “go away”?!!? You need to go back under a 3rd world rock & enjoy a corrupt world!!!

    • JoJo, Jesus says this because your question is stupid. They caught them. Why do you care what they look like. Because you want to make sure they aren’t the same race as you so you can feel better about your race and continue your pregidice towards another race.

      • Tender-minded Craig P.: We’re proud of our race, the decent race!! No matter what color, gender, age, etc., those of us that stand up for decent behavior!! Not all races BEHAVE the same!! Pit bulls BEHAVE differently than other dog races!! Please stop excusing bad BEHAVIOR and bond with other decent Americans!!

  5. Doesn’t matter if it’s $4000 or $40. Theft is theft and they need to be punished.

    • Yes, but if the headline read “…after stealing a few iphones…” instead of “thousands in Apple products…” we wouldn’t give it a second thought.

    • okay Kyle first of all they didn’t even steal nothing soo learn your facts before you post something yes they tried to steal but failed and left you probably stole in your life I mean who hasn’t just cause they got caught doesn’t mean anything we are all human and make dumb decisions if it was murder then yes they deserve punishment but in our cause it wasn’t and they shouldn’t be punished cause two of them are teens and still have a life ahead of them and they can change but people like you don’t give them the chance to change

  6. Stupid ass white wannabe gang bangers. We are waiting for your white asses over at Pritchard. Tommy wheres the vaseline.

  7. Tiburcio: You’re too kind, NO Vaseline or KY for this two toned hair, whispy millennials!!

  8. Palmdale or Bakersfield?

  9. Relieving to see at least one was white.

  10. Maybe it was the light depictied in the arrest photo, or they put an incorrect photo in the story.

  11. I’ve never encountered such blatantly racist and overly aggressive comments on any news website. The real comedy is you calling others pitbulls. That really takes the cake. What a great laugh. Reading your comments is the equivalent of having a rabid dog barking on your face. Alright no more internet tonight. Please get some therapy.

  12. Telling the truth/facts is not racist!! Covering up truth/facts is impinging on Freedom of Speech and allowing a cancer to spread!!

About Louie Diaz

Louie was born and raised in Santa Clarita. At the age of two Louie lost his vision due to a brain tumor. However, Louie doesn't let blindness stop him from doing what ever it is he wants to accomplish. Growing up some of his favorite hobbies were wood working, fishing and riding bikes. Louie graduated from College of the Canyon in December of 2017, with a Broadcast Journalism degree. Growing up Louie has always wanted to be a fire fighter or a police officer, but because of his blindness Louie knew that wouldn't work. Louie has always loved listening to police and fire radio traffic, using a scanner, and he figured if he was going to listen to the scanner so much, he should do something with it.
