UPDATE: Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station officials reportedly found an 11-year-old boy reported missing in Saugus.

The boy was found near the streets of Avenues Scott and Stanford, near the industrial center. He was reported found to officials at 12:35 p.m.
The boy was reported missing to Sheriff’s Station officials around 8:40 a.m. Tuesday, officials said. The parents searched for more than two hours before calling deputies, officials said.
He was reported missing near the area of Bouquet Canyon Road and Seco Canyon Road. Deputies received word the boy walked away from his home around 6 a.m. this morning.
Officials were seen around Santa Clarita Elementary as part of the search effort, but as of 11 a.m. the boy was still being sought, according to officials.
The child has reportedly not been seen at school or home since this morning, when he was last seen.

The question is, why did he leave his house?
That’s what I’m wondering. the Avenues Scott and Stanford intersection is almost 10 miles from Bouquet Canyon Road and Seco Canyon Road.
