The Santa Clarita community is invited to the fourth annual Charity Chili Cook-Off this April in Valencia and show support for various nonprofits.

This year, the cook-off will be supporting the nonprofits Single Mothers Outreach and the SCV Food Pantry.

The event is being held at Wolf Creek Brewery, located at 25108 Rye Canyon Loop, and includes general and VIP admission, cigar lounge, live band and dancing along with a silent auction.

The event will take place on Tuesday, April 19 at 5:30 p.m., however VIP ticketholders will be allowed entry at 4:45 p.m.

VIP Experience tickets are $65 and are only available online with a limited amount being sold, while general admission tickets are $20 if purchased before April 10 and $25 after April 10.

Chili cookers are looking forward to presenting their prized recipe in hopes of winning first, second or third prize or People Choice Award.

This year’s presenting sponsor is Whitening Lightning Teeth Whitening Products and Gerard Cosmetics, along with many other business owners who believe in supporting this annual event.

An expert panel of five to six judges will carefully critique each chili.

Attendees of the cook-off are given the opportunity to vote their favorite chili and the chili receiving the most votes will win first, second or third prize for the People’s Choice Award.

Other attractions will also be at the event, including the G3 Band, a cigar lounge and hand selected vendors.
