Officials from Pardee Homes are inviting the Santa Clarita community to an End-of-Summer Celebration this weekend at Aliento.

Set to take place from 4 to 7 p.m. on Saturday at the community’s Terrace Recreation Center, attendees can enjoy a live KHTS AM-1220 remote broadcast, music by Dole Humphries, BBQ, face painting, the KHTS fire truck and more.

“We decided to hold an End-of-Summer Celebration because we know we have many families that are moving into the community and wanted to do something special … as they make their way back to school,” said Lyndsay Fuller, director of sales and marketing at Pardee Homes.

The Aliento community is located just off Golden Valley Road near the 14 freeway, and offers four different neighborhoods designed to meet the needs of any homebuyer, from smaller single family homes to an active senior community to the spacious Arista neighborhood.

“Aliento has a neighborhood really for everyone,” Fuller said. “You’ve got the family that this is their first time buying a home and so we’ve got some smaller products that are single family beautiful homes … and really we go all the way up to Arista, which is our largest.”

Arista by Pardee Homes features one- and two-story homes ranging in size from 2,530- to 4,095-square-feet. Priced from the $700s, homeowners can choose anywhere from three to six bedrooms and two and a half to five baths.

Verano, also by Pardee homes, is a 55+ active adult community with anticipated pricing from the $500s, featuring 1,617- to 2,470-square-foot houses with two-bay garage, two to four bedrooms and two to four baths.

Fuller encouraged those moving into the Aliento community, along with potentially interested homebuyers and those in surrounding neighborhoods to attend the End-of-Summer Celebration.

“It’s a little taste of what you can expect when you move into the community,” she said. “It’s for everybody (from) surrounding neighborhoods and (the) area — just a little celebration, and you can expect a lot more of those out of Aliento.”
