What: We are Off to the Races at Bridge to Home’s 2026 Soup for the Soul Gala. Guests are encouraged to wear their best Derby hats, seersucker suits, bow ties, and cocktail attire as this year’s event brings the charm and spirited tradition of race day to life. What: • Monthly Bird Walk is offered on the first and second Saturdays of each month (weather permitting) starting at 8:00am March-November and 9:00am December-February. Bring your binoculars (or borrow ours), water, comfortable shoes and a field guide if available. • Blooms Of The Season is held on the fourth Saturday of every month and begins at 9:00am at the front steps to the Nature Center. Learn about native plants and what’s blooming year- round along our trails. • Books & Hikes meets the 4th Sunday of the month at 9:00am September through May, 8am June through August. See our website for program information. • Community Nature Education Series is every 3rd Sunday of the month at 2:00PM and provides a free educational program open to the public. • Placerita Nature Tots is the 2nd Saturday of the month at 9:30am. For 3-to-6-year-olds. Program lasts 45 minutes to one hour and will involve learning about the environment. Registration starts on the first of the month. Space is limited.
