By: Karena Thek Lineback

When the bad economy hit the fitness industry I had one really great thing going for me: I love what I do. So when clients had to drop off because finances became difficult, I invited a few of them back at no charge because, quite frankly, I missed them.  I missed the people and I missed one of the best parts of my job: watching people create drastic, life-improving change.

Whether it is watching someone live a better life because they have increased strength, endurance and flexibility or whether it is, my favorite, solving the problem of chronic pain, I really love what I do.  And the best part of my job?  Anyone with a passion for fitness and health can do exactly the same as I.

You can have a major impact on the rest of someone’s life by just teaching them, mentoring them and coaching them through their very individual needs towards a new healthier lifestyle.

As a Pilates instructor you’ll learn that all fitness is not the same. Every person’s ability to live the fullest life possible is based on what they bring to the table.  It will be your job as a Pilates instructor to assess how to achieve success with each individual depending on that particular person’s past life and current needs. One of the exciting things about experiencing a Pilates training course is that you will learn how the most fit to the most injured can become equally successful in living healthier and to their absolute fullest.

Just a few of the changes you might see as a certified Pilates instructor include watching a client go from having four children to six-pack abs, or watching clients on large doses of pain killers cut that down to taking almost none. You’ll see personalities change as fitter more confident individuals emerge.

You’ll see pounds drop away and be replaced not only by toned healthy bodies but more a more dynamic individual.  You’ll be like all Pilates instructors who create lasting changes in health every day.

If you are in need of new career and not just another job; if you are in need of a career that allows you to grow and an income to go with it, we’d love to help you on your path to your new life.  A Pilates certification can be your path to a new way to live your life and love it! www.OsteoPilates.com
