And the CDC admits flu shots only 60 per cent effective when the manufacturers rarely predict the right strain of virus.

The 2015 flu shot was 18 percent effective.

Furthermore, doctors have legal immunity for “recommending” flu shots. So don’t expect anything less than a very strong advocacy for flu shots when you ask your doctor.

As an advocate of prevention I support the flu shot, in theory.
But I do not want formaldehyde, surfactant and mercury injected into me.

But if you do feel strongly, still want your flu shot and still want the best chance of avoiding the flu this year, then these winter wellness tips could help improve your odds, with or without a flu shot.

Wash Your Hands
