Adult Ekata Training: O2 Life Transformation
The Ekata Training Center’s O2 Life Transformation program begins with a private consultation with one of Ekata’s founders – Sifu Ed Monaghan.
Sifu means “master” in Chinese, and it takes a person years of martial arts practice to acquire that esteemed title.
During the private consultation, the master develops a personalized plan to help each person reach his or her optimal state of health and wellness.
World in Our Backyard Summer Camp for Kids
The Ekata Training Center’s World in Our Backyard program for children involves studying martial arts from different countries around the world. This is a valuable cultural enrichment experience for young people.
“The kids learn about the art, music, language, history and food of a different culture every week,” Monaghan said. “It’s a wonderful way to have fun with physical activity and incorporate learning at the same time.”
