Canned chicken is transformed by adding cherry tomatoes, chopped onion, baby spinach, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese to create a rich and savory filling. This is a versatile bite-sized appetizer that could be served as a basic party appetizer, but it’s also a little bit elevated for a special party like New Year’s Eve.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp butter
1/3 c finely chopped onion
12 cherry tomatoes, chopped
3/4 c baby spinach, chopped
3 clove garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese
1 can chicken, drained and chopped (13 ounce can)
1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
grated Parmesan cheese
