Firefighters are working to remove a large tree that fell on a mobile home in Canyon Country on Thursday, officials said.
Around 1:50 p.m., first responders received reports of a “structure rescue” on the 18200 block of Soledad Canyon Road in Canyon Country, said Sky Cornell, a spokesperson with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“An oak tree has fallen onto the mobile home,” said Marvin Lim, another spokesperson for the department.
Crews are working to remove the tree from the building, according to Fire officials.
Initial reports indicated that a person was trapped inside the mobile home, but upon investigation, firefighters found no persons trapped, Fire officials said.
