What’s in a yellow Victorian building, uses 10,000 eggs a week and puts pie filling in one of their omelettes? It’s Egg Plantation on this week’s Santa Clarita Eats Episode.

Barry McKeever from McKeever Realty takes us through one of Santa Clarita’s go-to breakfast spots and shows us what the great thing they’re creating with 10,000 eggs a week!

Simon Mee, the owner of Newhall Refinery, explains how he and his wife Shannon have continued a local tradition that started 45 years ago.  And how they have certified Egg Plantation as one of only a few “green” restaurant in Santa Clarita.
