A toddler was airlifted in Canyon Country on Sunday afternoon after reports of a medical emergency, officials said.
Reports were received around 1:21 p.m. of a toddler having difficulty breathing in Canyon Country near Fair Oaks Park, according to Art Marrujo, dispatch supervisor with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“He had difficulty breathing,” said Marrujo.
The 2-year-old patient was transported to a hospital in Northridge for treatment.
