Housing Market Is Still Strong – The National Real Estate Cafe

Recent price reductions in the housing market have some people worried about the stability of the market in general, but Santa Clarita residents are being reminded by local real estate experts that the housing market is still strong.

“Don’t panic, the housing market is still strong!” said Gino Fronti and Don Goettling.

For over five years now, Don & Gino, through the nationally recognized Real Estate Radio Network, created “The Don & Gino Real Estate & Finance Show” to refresh conversations about the real estate and financial markets today.

“The price reductions are insignificant because they are just from an irrational price that was being exaggerated,” said Gino. “People ask for too much and when no one buys they lower the price to the regular market price.”

In their latest video, Don and Gino explain that a balanced market is good for everyone. They empathize for buyers who have been scared off or unable to buy homes due to the inflated prices.

“Sellers are being more reasonable and buyers are not just jumping into homes,” said Don. “The price appreciation of homes is still super strong, it’s just mellowing out.”
