A McBean crash Wednesday afternoon resulted in a light pole being knocked down, blocking traffic, officials said.

Around 3:19 p.m. Wednesday, first responders received reports of a two-vehicle traffic collision near Tournament Road and McBean Parkway in Valencia, said Marvin Lim, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

One of the cars reportedly struck a light pole, causing it to fall, according to officials.

“McBean is blocked just west of Tournament,” said Lt Jim Royal with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

As of the publication of this article, it is unclear if there were any injuries, according to officials.
