One person was sent to the hospital Sunday morning after a 14 Freeway crash caused a car to flip on its side near Golden Valley Road, officials said.
At around 8:30 a.m. Sunday, firefighters with the Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACoFD) responded to a report of a single-car collision on the northbound 14 Freeway just before the entrance from Golden Valley Road, according to an LACoFD representative.
One person was extricated and transported to the local hospital, said Fire officials.
The silver Honda CRV remained on its side in the traffic lane as California Highway Patrol officers surveyed the area.
The No. 2 and 3 lanes on the northbound 14 Freeway were temporarily shut down as officials worked to clear the scene.
