A total of six patients were involved in the crash. Two people were pronounced dead at the scene, three others sustained minor injuries, according to Los Angeles County Fire Public Information Officer Pauline McGee.

The crash occurred around 3:15 p.m. Thursday on the northbound I-5 near Vista Del Lago Road within the Angeles National Forest area.
