The bail bonds experts at All American Bail Bonds in Santa Clarita want the community to know a few reasons why they should hire a bail agent in the case that their loved one is arrested.

“By purchasing a surety bond from a licensed bail bonding company, you would only need to pay 10 percent of the total bail amount,” explained Inessa Chavez, vice president of All American Bail Bonds in Santa Clarita.
Because most people cannot afford to pay the full cost of their bail upfront, paying only the premium cost of the bond to a bail agent is often a better option.

Those who cannot afford to pay the premium cost of their bond upfront may also qualify for payment plans and rebates.
“Most people don’t have the large amount of cash bail can require,” Chavez said. “We can help you find a payment plan that you can afford and determine if you qualify for a rebate. We can also accept collateral to help lower monthly payments in some cases.”

To purchase a surety bond from a bail bonding company, the bail agent will need to know the defendant’s full name and any aliases he or she may have, as well as the location of the jail where the person is being held, their booking number and the charges against them.
