Having researched the topic of penis enlargement for years but been frightened to actually move ahead with a procedure, I decided that the recent holidays would be the time for me to finally “bite the bullet” and move forward to achieve myself improvement goals.  Penis enlargement has long been a niche medical procedure and I have been embarrassed to discuss this.  My experience with Upsize Clinic though has completely changed my perspective and I decided to write this article to share my experience.

Upsize Clinic: The San Francisco Location

Upsize Clinic is a national medical practice specializing in dermal filler penis enlargement procedures (known by them as The Upsize Procedure.). I am lucky in that the founder of Upsize Dr. Joel Pash, is the medical director of the San Francisco location and the physician that performed the procedure on me.  In terms of Bay Area penis enlargement specifically, he is the doctor you want to see.

Entering the office, I felt at ease from the beginning.  It’s a small office in a medical building across the street from Stonestown Galleria nestled within optometrist and dental offices.  This was a huge benefit to me because no one in the building knew why I was there. Privacy was important to me.

Upsize tries to ensure that only one patient is in the office at a time, adding to the level of comfort and privacy to their patients.  Immediately upon entering, Jason had me fill out some paperwork and I met with Dr. Pash with 10 minutes.

The Upsize Procedure: Penis Enlargement Using Dermal Filler

The visit with Dr. Pash was mostly a discussion about the procedure, risks, benefits, expectations etc.  I already knew I was having the procedure done, as I’d been researching this for years, but the consultation was an important last step to ensure it was the right procedure for me.

For those who are unfamiliar with the procedure, penis enlargement using dermal filler is a new-ish way to increase the size of the penis without surgery or downtime.  This is why I decided on this technique.  Upsize Clinic, is one of the busiest medical practices in the Bay Area (and in the United States) that performs this procedure, so visiting Dr. Pash was a no-brainer.

Because dermal filler has been used in the face for decades, it has a fairly extensive safety record.  The filler used at Upsize Clinic is a hyaluronic acid based dermal filler which is FDA approved for use in the face.  Hyaluronic acid is actually natural to the body so that gave me an extra degree of comfort – the risk of allergic reactions and other foreign body reactions is minimal.

The procedure is primarily a girth procedure which provides flaccid and erect thickness.  It was explained to me by Dr. Pash that although its primarily used for girth, patients do see flaccid length gains (up to 0.75 inches), particularly when using high amounts of filler.

The cost of the procedure ended up being quoted at about $5500 which is a lot, but fairly reasonable as far as penis enlargement options go.  Penis enlargement surgery, which is far more expensive (ie. above $15,000) also has more downtime, more complex post care instructions and is just overall a “bigger deal.”

The Actual Procedure

The actual penis enlargement procedure took 45 minutes and was far more straightforward than I expected. There was some stinging during the numbing, but I literally felt nothing for the remainder of the procedure.  Thats really all I have to say about that. Dr. Pash was working for about 45 minutes but I didn’t feel or see anything.

After the procedure I went back to the front desk where I talked with Jason a bit about working out (he’s incidentally a personal trainer) and we kind of joked about the difference between what I expected this to be and what it actually was – way easier than I thought. He explained to me that most people that see us in the office have exactly the same experience I had.  They come in nervous and leave with a big smile on their face.

Post Procedure

I was send home with a one page instruction sheet and Dr. Pash’s direct contact information just in case I had any questions or concerns.  I am now 2 weeks out and I am thrilled with the results and have no hesitation about recommending Upsize to anyone seeking an increase in appearance and confidence.  The whole process was far more simple than I expected and I should have done it sooner.
