A revolutionary new treatment is now available in Santa Clarita, offering busy professionals and chronic pain sufferers a fast, effective alternative to traditional massage and chiropractic care.

Instalign Massage™, developed by Dr. Thomas Polucki, DC—a certified functional medicine practitioner and internationally recognized chiropractic technique instructor—is a 15-minute, fully clothed therapy session designed to reset pain, posture, and the nervous system without oils, cracking, or discomfort.

“Most people don’t need more time in pain. They need a faster way out of it,” says Dr. Polucki. “Instalign Massage™ works because it doesn’t just chase pain—it resets the entire system that holds it.”

What Is Instalign Massage™?

Unlike traditional bodywork, Instalign Massage™ combines:

• Precision spinal alignment without cracking
• Myofascial release without deep tissue pain
• Neurological rebalancing without invasive procedures

The treatment has been especially beneficial for patients who are:

• Sensitive to deep tissue massage or manual adjustments
• Experiencing chronic neck, back, or joint pain
• Recovering from long-term stress, burnout, or trauma
• Sitting too long or feeling “disconnected” from their body

The Science-Backed Reset

Instalign Massage™ is inspired by evidence-based techniques that target the body’s stress memory system—fascia and the vagus nerve. Studies have shown that gentle nervous system stimulation and fascial work can decrease inflammation, improve posture, and restore mobility without triggering a stress response.

“People leave feeling taller, clearer, and more in control of their body,” says Dr. Polucki. “It’s like hitting a reset button on stress and stiffness—without needing a whole afternoon off work.”

Fast, Gentle, and Office-Friendly

Designed to fit into a lunch break, the 15-minute session is fully clothed, no oil, and no recovery time needed. Patients often return to work or workouts immediately after, feeling looser, lighter, and more focused.

Dr. Polucki, whose wellness clinic also serves as an official marathon packet pick-up site for Santa Clarita races, says demand for faster, less invasive care is growing—especially among high-performers who can’t afford downtime.
