Take Proper Care Of Your Home With Preventative Maintenance From Conejo Services

It is never too early to start thinking ahead for the next season and preparing your home for the extreme weather conditions that are coming. Conejo Services specializes in preventative maintenance so that your home is ready for whatever hits it.

In Santa Clarita, we are no strangers to hot summers and we need to be proactive in taking care of our air conditioning systems. Suffocating in your home during a hot California summer is uncomfortable and not easy. Conejo Services is a one call home service company that can help prevent this from happening.

“Make sure that your filters are clean and make sure that you’re taking care of those annual maintenances on those air conditioners because you can catch a lot of stuff by being proactive,” Branden Dickey, CEO of Conejo Services, said in an interview with KHTS.

Rather than being caught off guard when you turn on the AC at the beginning of the summer, look into preventative maintenance with Conejo Services to guarantee that your system is running smoothly and will not break down when you try to run it again.

“Things don’t break at your convenience,” Branden Dickey goes on to say.

Another system that is often overlooked in the home is the water heater. A good water heater will last about 10-15 years but you do not want to be surprised by a water heater leaking or breaking. Not only will this affect the water in the home, but it can also cause damage to whatever area of the house it is being stored in.

Water heaters are not immune from needing preventative maintenance. It is not good enough to just replace them every couple of decades, you need to make sure that your water heater is receiving the proper maintenance so there is not build up in the system that can cause unexpected problems. Qualified technicians at Conejo Services can come inspect your water heater and flush out sediment build up if necessary.

If you are experiencing any issues in your home or are looking for preventative maintenance before the warm season hits, call Conejo Services at (883) 538-9808 or check out their website here.

About Carl Goldman

Carl Goldman, along with his wife, Jeri repurchased KHTS AM-1220, Santa Clarita’s hometown station on October 24, 2003. They owned it from 1990-1998, and then sold it to Clear Channel Communication in 1998, buying it back from Clear Channel in 2003. Since then, they have rebuilt KHTS as a critical voice of the Valley. In 2015 the radio station moved to its new headquarters on Main Street in Old Town Newhall, in the original Newhall Hardware building. In 2018 an FM was added, 98.1, with its signal being simulcast with AM-1220. In January 2020, Carl and Jeri cruised on the Diamond Princess. Carl was one of the first Americans to come down with Covid-19. Months earlier he was impacted by Guillain Barre Syndrome as a result of a Shingles vaccine in September 2019. He is still in recovery from the vaccine.
