So if you have been waiting for a zapper against mosquitos, it is here. Now you can sleep peacefully, relax outdoors without mosquito intrusion and bid farewell to the days of mosquito bites.

Things don’t always end well around glowing lights but mosquitos don’t know that. BuzzBGone Zap’s LED light has a certain appeal to insects. Once it’s turned on, they start flocking around it. The real danger lines in the electric core enshrined in this glowing light.
The unsuspecting mosquitos get zapped dead the moment they fly into it. This design feature makes it possible to set the device in one place instead of moving it around to hunt down the mosquitos. Interestingly, it kills more mosquitos too.

I bought 4 units and my credit card was charged the same day. I waited over 30 days and never received my order, even the tracking number was a scam. I contacted the the company and never got any satisfaction. I bought them directly from the company.
I am very disappointed in having to contact you regarding your ordering system. My intention was to purchase one machine, that was all! I’m not sure where the add-on items, etc came from. I would appreciate a phone call explaining the additional items. Please call me at 907.230.9272 in order to sort this all out!
I will report this to bbb. After 3 weeks of stalling they sent me a tracking number. 3 days after I received the tracking number the zappers were never sent. Still waiting to be delivered to usps. I have contacted them several times but is is always some stall excuse. I requested they cancel my order and they said it had been shipped. Sending me a bogus tracking number is not the same as product shipped.
This is a scam. Charged my card info before i completed order! Charged me rwice 100.89 TWICE then a couple days later charged me anoth 37.99!!!! WTF! Immediately called my bank to stop order. Filed a case and suddenly they already shipped BUT tracking # probably wont show for a few days!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS!
I ordered a Bug Zapper on June 8, 2022. My credit card was charged almost immediately PLLUS they added on an $8.00 warranty. It is now July 19,2022 and I still don’t have my zapper!!!! They don’t answer their phones and ask that you leave a msg…which I have too many times to count. No reply
Same here. I too ordered the Zapper around June 6th and have never received the product. I reported them to Consumers Affairs.
I ordered in June and only got order number. They charged my card immediately. August now, no product, no refund (after multiple automated emails from them. Thank goodness I used PayPal. Took them 2 days to get my refund.
Ordered 3. One of 3 doesn’t work. Emailed them and they replied twice stating too busy to review my case. As far as I can determine, the product does not function as advertised. For example, no dead bugs zapped.
Take the advice of all previous customers complaints and add another MINE!! Never have I done any business online with such a dishonest business and they are still in going strong!! What does it take to shut down such obvious thieves? I encountered a similar situation with my own order, I was also charged to my credit card twice (2) and went through day after day emails requesting that they refund the one overcharge and CANCEL my order and refund the charge they had billed me within mins. of placing the order. I had to get the company that my credit card was with to get the (2) wrongful charge refunded and that took two months of non-stop emails with their claiming they had no orders from me, and they NEVER CANCELLED or refunded my money for the junk named BuzzBGone. AVOID this business is the wisest advice to give any shopper!! I wish their fraudulent business total failure swiftly!! It is un-American to all who encounter this scam!!
