Senior Hour – Morpheus8 At IMAC Med Spa And Rehab With The Neubie Focus Physical Therapy For Seniors – January 4, 2023

On this episode of The Senior Hour, hosts Barbara Cochran and Dr. Thomas Polucki welcome in special guests Christian Castillo from IMAC Med Spa and Adam Laraway from Focus Physical Therapy!

Barbara and Dr. Polucki open the show by chatting with Christian who is the owner of IMAC Med Spa on Main St. in Newhall. Christian says she was inspired to open the spa and become an esthetician by her mother who was a cosmetologist. Dr. Polucki first asked Christian about the Morpheu 8, a method that helps to improve the production of collagen in the body through a microneedling with radiofrequency treatment. This helps to eliminate wrinkles and improve the appearance of skin and sagging necklines among other parts of the body that can be treated. Christian also discusses the other services that IMAC offers, including liquid IV treatments, laser hair removal, chemical peels, and more to help improve the health of her clients, both physically and mentally.

Later, Adam joins the show to discuss the Neubie, a device that uses pulsed direct current to promote the healing of your body’s tissues. It allows physical therapist to provide a meaningful dose of neuromuscular re-education to damaged parts of the body in a rehab effort. The Neubie has been so helpful that Adam personally swears by it as someone with two decades worth of experience in the field.

“It’s been a game changer, I’ve been a physical therapist for 23 years now, and have been specifically more of a manual therapist throughout my career,” Adam said. “About three years ago I discovered the Neubie and one of the main ways we use it, is we map your body and identify where the problem is, getting to the heart of the issue.”

Listen to the entire show here as Barbara and Dr. Polucki speak with Christian and Adam on ways to enhance your life!
