With his Dad’s encouragement, at 19 years old, instead of going to college, Troop got his real estate license. Troop now owns his own mortgage company, with a Santa Clarita office, called CSMC Mortgage, or Customer Service Mortgage Corporation.

Troop shares that when he first started out in this business he knew customer service was the most important element and he decided to be the best at it.

“We take care of people first,” said Troop.
