On today’s show in the Senior Hour, they focus on the best-kept secrets in physical therapy, functional medicine, advanced chiropractic, and nutraceuticals. Specifically, he’ll focus on chronic pain syndromes and how there are ways to help lessen those pains. Additionally, he sheds some light on how those chronic pains can possibly lead to much worse effects later on in life due to the various research studies he’s found and is here to talk about for this podcast.

One example is when Dr. Polucki starts off by telling everyone how dementia can actually start with, “arthritis in the neck [that] has been proven…[to lead to] brain damage. Measurable reduction in the white matter and the gray matter by the chronic abnormal stress in the neck… it compromises blood flow and oxygenation to the brain which is basically cutting off circulation to the brain”.

Later on, they share some of their go-to products they use day to day to keep themselves healthy and strong. Listen to the entire show here as they share many other secrets to a healthy life and the various types of medicine, physical therapies, and nutraceuticals on today’s episode of the Senior Hour.
