The annual Santa Clarita “State of the City Luncheon,” themed “Lights, Camera, Santa Clarita,” is set for October, officials said.
The event is set to celebrate the City of Santa Clarita’s current and future accomplishments, as well as the City’s growing relationship with the Hollywood film industry, according to officials.
Scheduled to take place on Oct. 24, the luncheon is set to present guests with a behind-the-scenes look at the filming that occurs in Santa Clarita, updates from the City Council, videos highlighting current City projects and much more.
“The annual State of the City Luncheon is always a highlight of the year,” said Mayor Marsha McLean. “This year will be no different. There are many surprises in store as we celebrate the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, mixed in with local film history, celebrity cameos, important City news, how filming bolsters our local economy and more.”
Tickets are $40 per person and $400 per table of 10. Ticket prices include luncheon and gift.
The event is set to be held at the Hyatt Regency Valencia located at 24500 Town Center Drive.
