A kidnapping suspect was arrested early Wednesday morning after he allegedly carjacked a vehicle from his ex-girlfriend which had their 3-month-old twins inside, officials said.

Around 10:20 p.m. Tuesday, deputies received reports of a family disturbance call on the 17700 block of Sierra Highway, according to officials.
“The victim and the suspect reportedly got into a verbal argument at the location,” Shirley Miller, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station said. “The suspect reportedly locked the door behind him, preventing the victim from leaving and allegedly began assaulting the victim, punching and knocking the victim down.”
The suspect, who is the ex-boyfriend of the victim, then reportedly took the phone away from the victim and then took the victim’s car keys by force, according to Miller.
The suspect proceeded to take the victim’s vehicle, along with their 3-month-old infant twins, and leave the location.
“Deputies broadcasted to other units a description of the suspect and the vehicle,” Miller said.

Around 1 a.m. Wednesday morning, deputies located the vehicle on Willow Glen Court in Canyon Country, and observed the suspect walking down the street carrying two car seats, according to Miller.
When the suspect set the car seats down, the deputies apprehended the suspect, according to officials.
Paramedics with the Los Angeles County Fire Department were called to the scene after deputies reportedly tased the suspect, according to Franklin Lopez, a spokesperson for the Fire Department.
“One person was transported to the hospital from an electrical shock around 1:26 a.m.,” Lopez said.
The suspect, James O’Neal, was arrested on several different felony charges including carjacking, domestic violence, child abduction without right, and false imprisonment, Miller added.
The children were reunited with their mother and were not injured.

I was wondering the same thing. Then I realized the picture was shot facing the backs of the car seats. But yes, I think the deputies are having fun with the babies.

You should not speak to things you clearly have no idea about. You were not there, you did not see. How dare you accuse someone of lying about domestic violence…the police would not have arrested him for multiple Felony charges with zero evidence. And this is not the first time he’s been arrested for this, and has done jail time For the same offense. Your opinion clearly has to do with the fact that you need to protect your business…but there’s no denying he did this and worse.

As a business owner, how can you condone these alligations and victim shame? Unless you are with someone 24 hrs a day, you don’t know what goes on behind closed doors.

I just got out of jail a couple of hours ago from San Fernando courthouse jail to the twin towers in LA. I actually met this guy and he was super nice and a chill person. Me and him had the same room at san Fernando courthouse jail then we took the bus to twin towers in LA. I feel bad for him

He was nice and chill with you likely, because you could beat his a**. He saves all the psycho violence for defenseless women/mothers.
