Rather than play catch-up with multiple products multiple times throughout the day, Dr. Yaghmaei has developed a nightly routine that can help restore the vim, vigor and luster your skin has started to lose as it seals out germs and fights heat, while all the time, slowing aging.

“You always want to start with cleansing your face really well,” states Dr. Yaghmaei very matter-of-factly. “We have a really good face wash, called Matcha Camu Camu face wash.”

The secret lies not in just how the ingredients are pulled together, but the safe, wholly organic products that make up the face wash. Matcha is a green tea, and camu camu is a fruit from Peru which has 50 times more vitamin C content than the more widely used orange.

While the face wash is a complex mix of natural organic products that keeps skin soft, the overall makeup of the product hints at just how good it can be for your skin.

“Basically, almost everything in the Matcha Camu Camu you can eat, except for the soap part, of course,” said Yaghmaei. “It actually removes makeup too, so I don’t think I’m ever going to change it, because that is one thing I didn’t like about the other ones.” It also doesn’t strip away any of the natural oils from your face, states Sepideh, unlike some of the detergents and face washes on the market. While they may clean very well, they strip your skin of the essential natural oils it needs.

The next step in the nightly regimen, now that the pores have been opened, involves the addition of the serums, both a night version for your face and a specialized eye serum to attack the fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.

The night serum is specially formulated to be absorbed by the skin quickly, as it fixes multiple layers of skin, working almost from the inside out. The lack of fillers in products by CT Organics not only heightens the immediacy of skin’s reactive look with a healthy glow, but lessens the need to overuse the product on a nightly basis. Three to four times a week is sufficient for most people, claims Sepideh.

The final step, the Emu Oil Night Cream, is similar to products found elsewhere but, being AEA-certified, is in a more purified state, eliminating the breakouts and skin problems cheaper, less pure products have recently been causing. Emu oil is an all-over product that addresses fine lines and wrinkles, similar to the eye serum.

The whole nightly regimen grouping has not gone unnoticed.

“This is one of my best sellers, because people can see the effects and results right away,” exclaimed Sepideh. Positive results from the regimen can be seen in as little as a week of usage.
