A man accused of fatally shooting another man at a Canyon Country park returned to court Tuesday.

Nicholas Colletta, 21, allegedly shot and killed Ivan Solis, 25, at Begonias Lane Park in Canyon Country in 2017, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Solis was at the park shortly before 5 a.m. on July 11 when witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots.
When deputies arrived, they discovered Solis dead from multiple gunshot wounds near the park restrooms.

Colletta was later arrested and charged with premeditated murder. He is a previously convicted felon, with three priors in possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition.
Jaqueline Arreola, 24, who was at the crime scene when law enforcement arrived, was arrested as an accessory for Solis’ murder for allegedly having knowledge of the crime and deliberately concealing it.
Arreola pled guilty to the accessory charge but has not yet been sentenced.

Arreola was in custody at Century Regional Facility in lieu of $2 million bail.
Colletta pled not guilty in April 2018 to the charge of premeditated murder and is being held in Men’s Central Jail with a $3.1 million bail.
Jury selection for Colletta’s case will resume on Nov. 7.

It seems to me that after miss Arreola aka Trevino’s (uses last name on facebook) testimony that she is the one who should behind bars and not Mr. Colletta she dated Speedy who is dead she was married to newhall gang member which Solis was also a member of and now Mr. Colletta who she was involved with at the time is being accused of the crime and face his whole life in jail if convicted. i dont know but does anyone else see what i see???? All this and she is walking around free as a bird just because she says it was Mr. Colletta.. Who gave her such power..
I don’t know who you are but thank you. Miss Arreola knows who shot Steven “Speedy” as she was there. If she can snitch on Mr. Colletta why can’t she tell who shot Steven?? I mean she isn’t walking around free, she is in jail but she knows and I believe she helped set Steven up.
You must have all the time in the world to know so much about her . And Mr . Colletta brought it upon himself he is a gang member , she did not date “speedy “ get your facts together before you bash on some one or write about untruthful things ! And why do you care who she dates from what I see she did the right thing it wasn’t her fault and how do you know Mr. Colletta gave her so much power ?
I don’t know who you are but you are right. If Miss Arreola can snitch on Mr. Colletta why can’t she tell us who shot Steven. He was suppose to be his friend, right? She knows who, she was there. She watched him die. She was first part of the Newhall gang and then moved over to the Brown Family, unless she was doing both sides who know. She isn’t free as a bird, she is in jail and deserves to be for many years.
