The M.A.C. Cosmetics store in the Patios area of the Westfield Valencia Town Center is scheduled to close its doors this weekend permanently.

An employee confirmed to KHTS that the Valencia M.A.C. Cosmetics store would be closing by Saturday.

No clearance sales are planned for the Valencia location, according to store employees.

M.A.C. Cosmetics is the latest tenant leaving the Westfield Valencia Town Center, with local entertainment spot The Canyon leaving in January, alleged;y due to conditions at the mall that representatives stated made the club “unable to continue operating.”

The cavernous remnants of a former Sears also take up a portion of Westfield Valencia Town Center, having shut down after the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2018.

According to the Real Deal, a news site reporting on real estate news, the Valencia Town Center was reported to be about 82 percent occupied in 2022, hosting Macy’s and JCPenny.
