Two Years Later, Santa Clarita Haunted Jailhouse Is Back!

After two years, SCV Sheriff’s Station is bringing back the Haunted Jailhouse experience to delight Santa Clarita residents.

Sunday, Oct. 16, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. come out for a day of fun, filled with live entertainment, costume contests, Sheriff’s department displays and a haunted jailhouse created by the Santa Clarita Boys and Girls Club.

“October is fast approaching and to help embrace the haunted season, we are happy to announce the return of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station Haunted Jailhouse after a two-year hiatus,” said officials with SCV Sheriff’s Station.

A $5 entry donation is set to be required to experience the adventure, according to officials. 

Guests can be a part of a costume contest if under the age of three at 11 a.m., ages four to seven at 11:30 a.m., ages eight to 11 at 1:00 p.m., and ages 12 to 17 at 1:30 p.m. 

This event is planned to be hosted at the Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station off Golden Valley Road.

“Those attending are asked to park at the Santa Clarita Aquatic Center, located at 20850 Centre Pointe Parkway, where designated shuttles are available at the front main entrance for transportation to and from the station,” officials added.

Parking will not be available at the Sheriff’s station.
