Las Vegas Case Dismissed For Santa Clarita Realtor Accused Of Sexual Assault

The Las Vegas court case against a Santa Clarita realtor accused of sexual assault was dismissed Thursday, according to court records.

On Thursday, a Clark County Court judge dismissed the sexual assault charges brought against Mike Bjorkman, a realtor from Santa Clarita, according to court records.

Bjorkman’s attorneys, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfield, reported Thursday that the case settled State of Nevada v. Michael Bjorkman was dismissed by the District Attorney’s office in court and his bond was “fully exonerated.”

“After an extensive defense investigation, a presentation was made to law enforcement which led to the dismissal,” read a Thursday statement from the defense team. “The case exemplifies why the media and the public should not rush to judgement.”

  1. Well well well, looks like someone has some explaining to do, I hope they prosecute this woman for filing a false police report and that Bjorkman sue’s her!

    • The fact that the DA isn’t prosecuting doesn’t mean that it was a false report. It means they don’t feel they can win the case. This is why women don’t report at all.

      • That’s a complete fallacy. How many high school students have had their lives ruined over other kids reporting them for foul play, only later to find out the kid was innocent. DA won’t prosecute if there is a lack of evidence.

  2. Like I said from the beginning, it was wrong for the media to post articles about this when this man was not able to defend himself. Unfortunately, this will be devastating on his career even though it’s just an allegation. We are living through cancel culture environment who doesn’t take facts into consideration

    • Cancel culture like Fox News saying Covid isn’t real? Like your ex president saying that the election should be cancelled? All of you are the most righteous hypocrites ever. So fun to watch all of you use the Fox News brainwashing talking points you all use.

  3. I have known Mike for years. He is a dedicated family man. He has hosted a lot of charity events at his home and garden in Newhall. We all know he is innocent, but these charges will probably have hurt his career. But he is highly thought of in this area, so hope this will all go away soon. God bless you Mike.

  4. And this is why women are scared to report sexual assault. It’s her word against his, since there is rarely physical evidence. Just because he gets a decent lawyer who can finagle their way out, he gets off scot free to continue his behavior. Anyone who knows the other side of Mike, not the family man side, knows what he has been doing for years. It’s sad to see another victim undermined.

    • No evidence. It won’t hold up in court. Any lawyer will explain that to you. In the court of law, evidence is presented. He said She said isn’t how the court of law operates. Sorry, not sorry victims and future victims.

PS make good choices ladies and gentlemen. Hopefully you never have to defend your name but with the times we live in, women are targeting men ?
