  1. Our crime rate will continue to grow if we don’t get someone to steer the ship at the Sheriffs department. The new building will certainly be nice but it is not going to help to control what is going on in this SCV. Reckless driving, Speeding, cell phone use, zero courtesy by more folks up here without any concern for others. Where are all the motor Officers we heard about some time back. The only ones I see are the ones on their way home for lunch. Soccer moms flipping other drivers off while they speed to get the kids to school. I could go on for hours but it seems useless. This valley will be the other valley before too long if we don’t get some real law enforcement trained and tell them how the cow eats the cabbage. Even in this traffic mess this am on the 14 drivers got hostile because another driver needed to be allowed into a moving lane. So the BMW blew the horn and flipped the bird because the other driver had arm and signal on to no avail.

    • I agree 100% in regards to the SCV needing traffic enforcement units the 2 or 3 motorcycle cops who make a showing that seems to last a couple weeks then poof disappear just dont cut it there needs to be a serious showing of presence and force for as long as it takes.
In addition SCV CITY PLANNERS & THE POWERS THAT BE STOP BUILDING NEW HOMES. or come up with a mirical driving/road solution angry aggressive drivers because you made them that way

  2. Golden Valley Road, Rye Canyon, Newhall Ranch Road, Soledad Canyon, and parts of Sierra Hwy not patrolled by CHP have LASD motor units patrolling on a daily basis. I see them all the time…

Property owners (aka Developers) have the legal right to develop their property so long as it meets the zoning requirement.

  3. More tickets/enforcement towards cell phone & impeding drivers!!

  4. All of our streets/highways are overcrowded already, so the Liberals give driver licenses to Illegal Aliens who often drive too slow, don’t follow driving laws & and are told to LE not to give tickets !!!
