Hill made the announcement Tuesday morning that she and her team would be taking over the offices previously run by former Congressman Steve Knight.
“There are many steps to opening up district offices under new representation, but I’m proud to report that my team has hit the ground running,” Hill said in an open letter to her constituents. “We successfully extended the leases for Representative Knight’s offices in Simi Valley and the Antelope Valley, which will make the transition as seamless as possible.”
The two offices are scheduled to open on Jan. 14, as they are currently having phones and internet installed, according to officials.
Meanwhile, Hill and her team are still working on securing a location for a Santa Clarita office.
“We are still in the process of locking down a Santa Clarita office to be our new home,” Hill said. “Thank you for your patience throughout this process, and in the interim, our team will be attending meetings and events throughout the district to stay up to date with your perspectives and concerns.”
In the meantime, residents can contact Hill’s D.C. office at (202) 225-1956 or online if they have any questions or concerns. Casework authorization forms can be obtained by clicking here.
“Serving the people of this community is the most important part of my job,” Hill said. “I am thankful for the opportunity to bring your voice to Washington, so please reach out anytime. Let’s get to work.”
