A Saugus structure fire has been quickly extinguished Monday afternoon, officials said.
The fire was reported at about 3:10 p.m. on the 20700 block of Plum Canyon Road, according to Leslie Lua with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“We just got knockdown,” Lua said.
Firefighters arrived on scene of the structure fire at 3:14 p.m. and knocked the fire down about 10 minutes later, according to Lua.
No injuries were reported in the incident, according to firefighters on scene.
Crews are still on scene as of 3:30 p.m. Monday to clear smoke from the residence. The fire is still under investigation as of Monday afternoon, according to Fire officials.
