The thing about limiting beliefs are that they can go away, they are beliefs that are your truth but not the truth, Alex said. If you heard you’re not smart your whole life and you think to yourself you’re not smart that is a limiting belief. However you might be smart but your belief is that you arent and this might limit choices you have in your mind however that is not the truth.
