Stolen Vehicle Suspect Arrested Hours After Being Released On Citation For Drug Possession

A suspect who was arrested for possession of drugs and released on a citation, was again arrested a few hours later for taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent.

On Thursday, at approximately 11:30 p.m. a Gorman unit patrolling Frazier Mountain Park Road, north of Santa Clarita observed a vehicle with expired registration, said Deputy Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson for The Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

“During a traffic stop, deputies learned the female driver was driving on a suspended driver’s license and later issued her a citation”, Arriaga said.

While deputies spoke with the male passenger it was learned he is on active probation, Arriaga said.

“A probation search of the vehicle resulted in the recovery of a small container of heroin belonging to the male,” Arriaga said.

He was booked into the SCV Sheriff’s Station for possession of narcotics and subsequently released on citation to appear in court at a later date, Arriaga added.

Hours later at approximately 9:30 a.m. Friday, deputies received a call regarding a stolen vehicle from a local business in Canyon Country on Golden Triangle Road, Arriaga said.

“Deputies located the vehicle, however the driver fled from deputies, according to officials.

Deputies found the vehicle  at a residence on the 2500 block of Lebec Oaks Road in Lebec where they took the suspect into custody,” Arriaga said.

While deputies spoke  with the male suspect, they recognized him from the earlier arrest in which he was then found in possession of heroin, Arriaga added.

The suspect was then arrested again for taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent and booked into the SCV Sheriff’s Station where he was later released on bond.

  1. This Creature was released on bond, again, after repeating it’s career of crime—-are the Liberals ever going to learn that’s their daily lifestyles/behaviors!! Wake up, not Woke up Sheeple!

  2. Well, his cot will be warm still when he next gets booked.

  3. Arrested multiple times and you can’t tell us his name? What are you hiding?

  4. Catch and release may be good for fishing, but not criminals.

  5. Just more Truths/Facts covered up to protect/condone the guilty!

  6. They can’t print his name because he has a new identity in GASShole’s dirtbag protection program.

  7. Doesn’t matter—-he was a male before it was booked, but he now identifies as a woman, so we’ll never know his former real name! Wait & see, this will be a new strategy!
