White Powder In Envelope At Former Congresswoman Katie Hill’s Palmdale Office Prompts Evacuation

An unknown white powder at former Congresswoman Katie Hill’s Palmdale office prompted an evacuation Monday, officials said.

The incident was reported at about 12 p.m. Monday near the 1000 block of West Avenue M 14 in Palmdale, according to Supervisor Sims with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

“This was at a government building, it was called in by Sheriff’s,” Sims said. “A powder was found in an envelope.”

LA County Fire Health Hazardous Materials units were dispatched to the scene, according to Sims.

Upon arrival, health hazmat units requested the occupants of the building to evacuate while officials determined what type of substance was in the envelope, according to Fire officials.

“Units requested all personnel to be outside the building as a precaution,” Sims said.

Two ambulances were requested to the scene, according to Fire officials.

The substance was deemed non-hazardous, but it is still unknown the type of powder, Fire officials said.

The incident is under investigation, and no arrests have been made as of Monday afternoon.

  1. What is the matter with people? Here we had a Congresswoman who actually was doing great things. Of course, the crazies out there notice one tiny facet of who she is…Bi-sexual. Who cares really?!!!! Oh, some person who thinks they might actually be God & is judging her. Well, you aren’t God! Get a freakin life for crying out loud! Our country is at an all time low here and world wide, and you have to send an envelope with white powder to scare innocent people only trying to do good. What have YOU done lately that was good?

    • Clarice: When someone sends someone a white powder in an envelope, it usually means they are not right in the head. Instead, you wrote a whole narrative suggesting they were anti bi-sexual, were being judgemental , acting like God, didn’t have a life and a question asking what they done ‘good’ lately. This is just one example why mental health issues continue to go unaddressed, undiagnosed and hence, untreated.

    • I pretty much disagree with every unhinged thing you’ve said here.

Yeah, some nut job sent flour or baby powder to her office. Shouldn’t have done that.

Meanwhile, Antifa are out there assaulting innocent people with deadly weapons openly on the streets while police in liberal cities stand on the sidelines due to their orders. Hardly any of them prosecuted for any crime.

Whatever delusion you’re under about her doing “good things” is clearly up for debate. She resigned because her own party wouldn’t support her for dating a subordinate, and other ethics violations. There was also more to be reveled in photos, videos, texts, and posts to “wife sharing” sites, that Katie, and the Democrat party didn’t want to defend or deal with.

That she then goes out there and plays the victim is ridiculous. She’s pathetic. She couldn’t believe that she hoodwinked the voters and got elected and went from being a nothing to a Congresswoman. Then, with a budget to work with, she turned it into her own sorority party, with women, men, bongs, drugs, naked pics, naked pics with goats, and vids (look it up folks, it’s all true) … anything goes … is this what voters in her district are paying her to do???

      HECK NO!!!!!!!

    • Rules of the House of Representatives, XXIII, 18.(a) “A Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner may not engage in a sexual relationship with any employee of the House who works under the supervision of the Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner.” Katie Hill abused her position of authority to sexually abuse a young woman. And lest we forget, she was also having an affair with a male staffer, Graham Kelly, to whom she illegally paid a $5,100 bonus for “services rendered.”

  2. So stupid. Katie Hill was not my choice but this kind of happening is totally unnecessary.

  3. It may be time to bring back Steve Knight

  4. Steve Knight? There was a reason he was not re-elected.

  5. Knight lost due to voter farming. It is well known fact that liberals conducted illegal voter farming. They play dirty to win no matter what.

  6. She is no good for Santa Clarita. Good riddance
