On Monday, Nov. 15, 2015, Ernesto Juarez, 18, and Jaqueline Portillo, 18, were arrested for allegedly making fraudulent purchases at a local department store with a credit card that belonged to somebody else.

Deputies were able to contact the owner of the stolen credit card, who told them that he had last used his card at the “Jimmy Dean’s” restaurant.

While conducting their investigation, deputies later learned that Portillo was an employee of the restaurant and was working the drive thru the day the victim’s card went missing.

Detectives are seeking any additional victims who may have had their cards stolen after purchasing from the “Jimmy Dean’s” restaurant.

  1. Which Jimmy Dean’s does this article refer to? The one on Lyons or the one on The Old Road at Rye Cyn? And would only drive-thru customers have been affected?
